Anxiety and depression have a quiet way of convincing us that we need to deal with everything on our own.

They tell us:

  • Other people have it worse

  • I should be able to handle this (Alone)

  • I don’t want to bother anyone

  • I’ll talk about it once I feel better

So we stay quiet.

From the outside, everything might look fine. But inside, it can feel exhausting like you’re constantly holding things together while falling apart at the same time.

Anxiety can make your thoughts loud and relentless.
Depression can make everything feel heavy and distant.
And both can make you feel isolated, even when you’re not alone.

But suffering in silence isn’t a requirement.
It’s not a sign of strength.
And it’s not something you’re supposed to do by yourself.

You don’t need to wait until things are “bad enough” to reach out. You don’t need to explain everything perfectly. Sometimes letting someone know that you’re struggling. even just a little can ease the weight more than you expect.

Having support doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re HUMAN.

If anxiety or depression has been telling you that you have to face this alone, please know this: you don’t. There are people who care, who want to listen, and who would rather be there for you than never know what you’re going through.

And if you’re reading this while doing okay keep checking in on people. The strongest-looking ones are often carrying the most.

If you’re going through something and need someone to talk to, feel free to reach out to me on X. Everyone is welcome Always

What investment is rudimentary for billionaires but ‘revolutionary’ for 70,571+ investors entering 2026?

Imagine this. You open your phone to an alert. It says, “you spent $236,000,000 more this month than you did last month.”

If you were the top bidder at Sotheby’s fall auctions, it could be reality.

Sounds crazy, right? But when the ultra-wealthy spend staggering amounts on blue-chip art, it’s not just for decoration.

The scarcity of these treasured artworks has helped drive their prices, in exceptional cases, to thin-air heights, without moving in lockstep with other asset classes.

The contemporary and post war segments have even outpaced the S&P 500 overall since 1995.*

Now, over 70,000 people have invested $1.2 billion+ across 500 iconic artworks featuring Banksy, Basquiat, Picasso, and more.

How? You don’t need Medici money to invest in multimillion dollar artworks with Masterworks.

Thousands of members have gotten annualized net returns like 14.6%, 17.6%, and 17.8% from 26 sales to date.
